Refund policy

 

We offer a 7‑day return window. You may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@almostantique.co. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed return shipping instructions. Any items sent back to us without prior return authorization will be declined. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees if it is a non-problematic return. 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your store‑credit refund promptly. Please allow up to 10 days after processing for your store credit to appear in your customer account. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain categories of items are non‑returnable. These include all sale items, international orders, piercing‑related goods, fine jewelry, and custom‑made products (e.g., special orders and personalized items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will send you a notification upon receipt and inspection of your returned item to inform you whether your return has been approved.  If approved, store credit will be automatically issued to your customer account within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@almostantique.co.
